Instructions for Graders

Before you start

  1. Read the assignment .
  2. Look at the model solution, and be sure you understand both

Do the following for both the draft and the final

  1. Log in to Canvas
  2. Download all the assignments. See this link for bulk download instructions
  3. Go to this URL to upload the assignments into NetBrat. Starting with hw9, we willbe using CodeCheck
  4. To generate reports, first go to the grading page
  5. Upload the file you downloaded from Canvas.
  6. Click the Canvas radio button
  7. Leave Problem repo alone
  8. Add the problem id from the URL in the Canvas assignment for this homework
  9. Select the appropriate radio button - Draft or Download
  10. Click Submit Query. This can take several minutes

  12. Paste the report for each student into Canvas
  13. Using the rubric, grade each student's submission
  14. Add a one sentence note to the sstudents' final submission: Something that is well done or that could be done better. For example
    1. Don't use if/ if /if when choices are mutually exclusive. Use if/ else if/ else
    2. It was clever to ...
  15. Enter the grade in the gradebook
